Scope of Work


Indiana Department of Correction (IDOC) Putnamville Correctional Facility

1946 West US 40, Greencastle, IN 46135


This is a four-year (4) contract for waste management services at the Indiana Department of Correction (IDOC), Putnamville Correctional Facility. The service and (or) commodity details needed are outlined below.


  1. Purpose

    The Indiana Department of Correction {IDOC), Putnamville Correctional Facility is in need of waste management service for the entire facility.

  2. The Contractor must provide the following:

    1. Contractor shall provide one 27 cubic yard compactor and one 40 yard roll off container.

    2. Contractor shall haul and dispose of waste in 27 cubic yard compactor once a week.

    3. Contractor shall haul and dispose of waste in 40 yard roll off container two times a month.

    4. Contractor shall bill IDOC monthly and will be paid in arrears.

    5. Contractor shall agree to all State of Indiana terms and conditions.

  3. Cost

    1. The Contractor shall provide a detailed budget outlining specific costs for each service and commodity including; item, cost per item, quantity of item, total cost of item line items, total overall cost for all services and commodities.

    2. The Contractor shall provide a total amount for all services and commodities. If awarded, this will be the maximum amount the State of Indiana shall pay for the services and (or) commodities outlined.
